In samenwerking met SMI-LabHut brengen wij Hta autosamplers; fantastische kwaliteit tegen een lage prijs. Hta hanteert hierbij het "Werkstation Concept" en beter dan Hta zelf kunnen we dat niet uitleggen.
The Hta Workstation Concept
Hta has created a workstation that can execute all the operations for liquid handling and sample preparation in an automatic and efficient manner.It is very accurate, precise and fast. It is also elegant, good looking, innovative, flexible and low cost.
Flexibility and modularity allows it to be configured as a liquid-injection system for GC (see HT300A) or for HPLC (see HT300L), or for headspace-techniques (see HT200H).
The recent liquid-headspace duet (HT250D) is also developed from this common platform.
The workstation has a moulded base with a metallic cylinder that contains the electronics. At the top of the cylinder, a rotating turret supports and moves a precision syringe. The turret is equipped, if necessary, with a simple and extremely efficient device to pick and place the vials.
The workstation is free on either side to receive sample vials or injectors. The front and the rear can contain specialized stations: i.e. to support cleaning vials, a bar code reader or added station to shake, heat, cool, evaporate...
The sample tray can be placed at the right or at the left side. Three kinds of tray are available: 10-position fixed tray; 110-position movable tray to support vials of 2 or 2.5ml; 40-position movable tray to support vials of 10 or 20ml.
Syringes with dimensions from 1 to 75µl may be used.
Powerful multitasking software controls the workstation. The messages and the commands can be visualized and transmitted in a stand-alone mode by a compact and elegant keypad complete with backlit silicon keys and two-line VFD display. It also supports remote control by a PC via RS232, using COMSoft - a dedicated Microsoft WindowsTM application.
